About Riverview

Riverview does what the name says with zero irony: it sits alongside the Bow on Cochrane's south side, where the river pathway functions as the community's true main street — commuters cycling it, retrievers patrolling it, herons supervising the whole operation from the shallows.

The homes came up mostly in the 1980s and 90s: comfortable family houses on curving streets that were designed for cul-de-sac street hockey rather than through traffic. Lots are generous, trees are established, and the vibe is a town-scale version of lake life — except the 'lake' is a legendary trout river that never needs a membership fee.
